Is it possible that many who have called on the name of Jesus, but who have never repented and turned to YHVH’s ways, have simply deceived themselves into believing that they will escape the imminent destruction of the earth in the coming last days? It was only Noah and his family who escaped YHVH’s wrath from the antediluvian world.
And behold, I [YHVH] Myself am bringing flood waters on the earth, to destroy from under heaven all flesh in which is the breath of life; everything that is on the earth shall die. (Gen 6:17)
And YHVH said, “My spirit shall not strive with man [אדםH376 - pronounced aw-dawm'] forever, for he is indeed flesh …”(Gen 6:3)
Noah, however, was not a man of the earth. The Hebrew word “aw-dawm’” or man, described above, was a man of the earth. Noah is rather described as a “righteous man” who walked with YHVH.
But Noah found grace in the eyes of YHVH. This is the genealogy of Noah. Noah was a righteous man, perfect in his generations. Noah walked with God. (Gen 6:8-9)
The word used above to describe the man Noah is not אדםH376 – aw-dawm’, it is the Hebrew word אישׁ (pronounced eesh) and is a male person. But this man is not just any male person, he is a צדיק (pronounced tsad-deek’) male person. A righteous man.
H6662 צדיק
tsad-deek’: An adjective meaning just, righteous. The term bears primarily a moral or ethical significance. Someone or something is considered to be just or righteous because of conformity to a given standard. It could be used to describe people or actions in a legal context, indicating they were in accordance with the legal standards (2Ki_10:9); or in a religious context, that they were in accordance with God’s standards (Gen_6:9). (WordStudy)Then YHVH said to Noah, “Come into the ark, you and all your household, because I have seen that you are righteous (tsad-deek’) before Me in this generation. (Gen 7:1)
I tend to think of the אדם (aw-dawm’) as the man who lives in the flesh, his lower nature; the man who dwells in the earth is no different from the other animals.
And YHVH said, “My Spirit shall not strive with man [אדם] forever, for he is indeed flesh …”(Gen 6:3)
If He should set His heart on it, If He should gather to Himself His spirit and His breath, All flesh would perish together, And man [אדם] would return to dust. (Job 34:14-15)
In contrast, the male man (אישׁ – eesh) is the one who has subdued his animal nature and now lives in YHVH’s higher or spiritual nature by manifesting His kingdom and image on the earth.
I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. I will put My spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them. (Eze 36:26-27)
Any man who thinks he is led by YHVH’s spirit but will not repent and turn to all of YHVH’s ways will not make it through the coming last days because he loves the flesh, his lower nature more than he loves YHVH’s ways. Yeshua always lived and taught the way of life as given by his Father through Moses and the Prophets. He taught YHVH’s people to live according to the spirit and not follow the ways of the flesh.
It is the spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life. (Joh 6:63)
Now by this we know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. He who says, “I know him,” and does not keep his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoever keeps his word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in him. He who says he abides in him ought himself also to walk just as he walked. (1Jn 2:3-6)
Every man must be born twice if he is to see and enter the Kingdom of YHVH.
Yeshua answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the spirit is spirit. (Joh 3:5-6)
And when a stranger [ger] dwells with you [the ezrach] and wants to keep the Passover to YHVH, let all his males be circumcised, and then let him come near and keep it; AND HE SHALL BE [come] AS ONE BORN IN THE LAND [an ezrach] For no uncircumcised person shall eat it. One law shall be for the native-born [the ezrach] and for the stranger [the ger] who dwells among you.” (Exo 12:48-49)
The “Born Again” series, which I make available each month, will teach you how a man can become as one born of the land; a spiritual birth, into an eternal kingdom.
The earth is going to be destroyed a second time; I want you and your family to be standing when Yeshua returns because you, like Noah, learned to be a righteous man who walked with YHVH!
Never forget!
But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the son of man be. For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the son of man be. (Mat 24:37-39)
