“Be fruitful and multiply!”

Many people will be destroyed before the end because they have failed to understand these elementary instructions given by the Creator of all things. Is it possible that most people have never learned to separate the two components of these simple marching orders, and have unwittingly understood them as “multiply and multiply?” This confusion, which affects all mankind, is due to a lack of knowledge and understanding that man was created with two distinct natures.

So Elohim [God] created man in His own image, in the image of Elohim created He him; male and female created He them. (Genesis 1:27)

The first nature is the higher one that he has in common with his Creator and Elohim, YHVH (the LORD). In this nature man is to manifest the presence of YHVH in the earth by exercising dominion over the animal realm, including his own animal nature by acting in accordance with only YHVH’s instructions; nothing more and nothing less.

But because of Adam man fell, and since that time all men have been born in the image of Adam, as was his son Seth.

And Adam lived one hundred and thirty years, and begot a son in his own likeness, after his image, and named him Seth. (Gen 5:3)

This second nature is the lower nature in which man was created; it is driven by its senses and appetites. This nature needs food, shelter, and rest to keep the flesh alive. This is the nature that the majority of the world live in.

In order to “be fruitful and multiply” the spiritual nature (that which man has in common with Elohim) must have control over the animal or fleshly nature.

The Antediluvian world in which Noah lived, was destroyed because they multiplied only lower nature of men who only lived in accordance with their sense and appetites; just like animals.

Then YHVH saw that the wickedness of man (adam) was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And YHVH was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. (Gen 6:5-6)

So YHVH destroyed all the adam (men) and their families from the earth (adamah); but He preserved one eesh (man) named Noah, along with his family. Noah was saved because he alone “walked with Elohim.” He was “fruitful!”

But Noah found grace in the eyes of YHVH. This is the genealogy of Noah. Noah was a just man, perfect in his generations. Noah walked with Elohim. (Gen 6:8-9)

I found it very interesting that the first time the word benai (spiritual sons) as opposed to benim (flesh sons) is used in the scriptures was to describe those who went into the ark with Noah. I have written several articles concern who the sons of Israel really are. These blogs describe the spiritual birth, or second birth, of a man and go hand in hand with what it means to be “fruitful.” The first time YHVH told man to “be fruitful and multiply” was immediately after man was created; and the very next time, Elohim gave man these same instructions, was right after the flood!

So Elohim blessed Noah and his sons (benai), and said to them: “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth. (Gen 9:1)

Has YHVH changed? Does His word endure forever? The first two times YHVH told man to “be fruitful and multiply” was when they were still living in His image! Coincidence? I think not!

YHVH does not want more flesh on the earth; He wants more fruitful people on the earth. And it will be only the fruitful people who will be allowed to remain on the earth this next time around also.

The righteous will never be removed, but the wicked will not inhabit the earth. (Pro 10:30)

For evildoers shall be cut off; but those who wait on YHVH shall inherit the earth. (Psa 37:9)

So you may walk in the way of goodness, and keep to the paths of righteousness. For the upright will dwell in the land, and the blameless will remain in it; but the wicked will be cut off from the earth, and the unfaithful will be uprooted from it. (Pro 2:20-22)

I believe this is exactly why Yeshua (Jesus) said “You must be born again!” Even now YHVH is looking for spiritual sons (benai), with their wives and family, who he can use to repopulate the next phase of His eternal plan, the millennial kingdom. And it will only be those who “walk with Elohim” who will survive this second time around also.

But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the son of man be. For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the son of man be. (Mat 24:37-39)

Here is a thought.

Does a man have to have a wife to “be fruitful and multiply?”

I found two scriptures talking about the “desolate” or unmarried man who has been rejected by the world.

The sons [benai, spiritual sons] you will have, after you have lost the others, will say again in your ears, ‘The place is too small for me; give me a place where I may dwell.’ Then you will say in your heart, ‘Who has begotten these for me, since I am bereaved and desolate, a captive, and wandering to and fro? And who has brought these up? There I was, left alone; but these, where were they?‘ ” Thus says the Lord YHVH: “Behold, I will lift My hand in an oath to the nations, and set up My standard for the peoples; they shall bring your sons [benai, spiritual sons] in their arms, and your daughters shall be carried on their shoulders. (Isa 49:20-22)

Note: The spiritual sons (benai) comes with all the women that they are covering, YHVH’s spiritual daughters. Women, wives and daughters, attain their status from their man.

“Sing, O barren, you who have not borne! Break forth into singing, and cry aloud, you who have not labored with child! For more are the sons [benai, spiritual sons] of the desolate than the sons [benai], of the married,” says YHVH. (Isa 54:1)

The reason a desolate man can produce fruit and multiply more sons (benai) than a married man is because the married man has many other duties and responsibilities related to his family and only the benai (the spiritual son) can birth more benai (spiritual sons), while a woman can only give birth to benim, (flesh sons). It is all in the Passover!

And when a stranger [ger] dwells with you [the ezrach, the spiritual born benai] and wants to keep the Passover to YHVH, let all his males be circumcised, and then let him come near and keep it; AND HE SHALL BE [come] AS A NATIVE OF THE LAND [the ezrach, the spiritual born benai] For no uncircumcised person shall eat it. One law shall be for the native-born [the ezrach]  and for the stranger [the ger] who dwells among you.” (Exo 12:48-49)

So the fruit which we are to bear is righteousness, the fruit of those who only follow YHVH’s ways in the world; and that which we are to multiply are those who do the same.

Let’s all today begin to be “fruitful,” and “multiply” that spiritual fruit on the earth!
