A Broken & Contrite Heart
The Creator of the universe says that even our prayers are an abomination if we do not love His Law (His instructions on how all men are to live).
One who turns away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer is an abomination. (Pro 28:9)
Then they will cry to YHVH, but He will not hear them; He will even hide His face from them at that time, because they have been evil in their deeds. (Mic 3:4)
The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to YHVH, but the prayer of the upright is His delight. The way of the wicked is an abomination to YHVH, but He loves him who follows righteousness. (Pro 15:8-9)
But there is one prayer that YHVH will always hear; the prayer of a contrite heart and a broken spirit.
The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, a broken and a contrite heart— These, O God, You will not despise. (Psa 51:17)

I will NEVER forget the first time I heard this…I often wonder what happens to those that did not understand about keeping G-d’s Holy days, However Loved him with all their heart’s., souls, and minds. He had a vision that he shared with everyone in March 2008. Not sure if you know about that, but I can’t help but wonder where men like him stand with G-d? His WHOLE life was spent reaching out to a lost, and hurting world. Anyone that knew of David Wilkerson, could see that he had a love for G_d that was rare. When I heard the news of his passing, I wondered if G-d spared him what was about to take place in his vision. I know MANY people that sincerely Love G-d, but are sincerely wrong in their westernized thinking, and involvement in customs that are pagan. I was one of them! I have done NOTHING to deserve the chance to “get it right”, while men like David, sacrificed a lifetime to reach out to so many. I really want to understand this…
