This is my tenth, and last, blog in a series of articles on Coming out of Babylon. This is not a stand alone piece; for coming out of Babylon is a good and righteous thing to do, but understanding why we should come out of Babylon is far more important. The man who desires to serve only Yehovah will find a way to live exclusively under His Jurisdictional Authority.
Once I realized that Yehovah had a jurisdictional authority on the earth that was recognized by the world I had to find a way to render all that I am to Yehovah, instead of Caesar.
“Render therefore to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to Elohim the things that are His.” (Mat 22:21)
Living as the Church, under only Yehovah’s authority is the adventure of a lifetime and brings great and everlasting rewards to those who will learn and do Yehovah’s will. The majority of the world does not understand that the “Church” is a people who are called-out of the world. In the New Testament the word “church” is translated from the Greek word “ekklesia,” which is a combination of two words. The first word is “ek” or, in English, “out” and the second Greek word is “kaleo” or “called.” Together these two words convey the idea of a group of people who are called-out of the world. BUT if these people are called-out of the world, what then are they called “in” to?
The Kingdom Of Yehovah
What I see happening with far too many of those who say they are Yehovah’s people, is that they start meeting together as the “Church.” But this precious group decides that they want to be able to give a “tax-deductible” receipt for the donations they receive. Now, because of their ignorance of Yehovah’s word and the legal and lawful status of the “true church,” they consult an Attorney, CPA, or other state agent and incorporate Yehovah’s precious people with the STATE. NOW, instead of being the “Church” they become a STATE RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATION treated as any other business that the state creates.
For thus says my master Yehovah: “My people went down at first into Egypt to dwell there; then the Assyrian oppressed them without cause. Now therefore, what have I here,” says Yehovah, “That My people are taken away for nothing? Those who rule over them make them wail,” says Yehovah, “And My name is blasphemed continually every day. (Isa 52:4-5)
This brand new harlot church, which is now a state entity, instead of a called-out body of people, must apply for tax exemption as a “Charitable Organization” under IRS code 501 (c) (3).
This abomination reminds me of the words of Yeshua who said,
“Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you travel land and sea to win one proselyte, and when he is won, you make him twice as much a son of hell as yourselves. (Mat 23:15)
Few people understand that within the IRS code concerning 501 (c)(3) one will find a “MANDATORY EXCEPTION” for the real called-out Church. It is found in 508 (c)(1)(A) and says,
26 U.S.C. § 508 : US Code – Section 508: Special rules with respect to section 501(c)(3) organizations
(a) New organizations must notify Secretary that they are applying for recognition of section 501(c)(3) status Except as provided in subsection (c) …
(c) Exceptions
(1) Mandatory exceptions
Subsections (a) and (b) shall not apply to –
(A) churches, their integrated auxiliaries, and conventions or associations of churches …
We have been lied to again! The Church, the called-out PEOPLE of Yehovah, True Israel, does not need to incorporate with the world for ANYTHING. In our failure to live as the Church, we have become just another virgin daughter of Babylon. Shame on us!
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for Me; because you have forgotten the law of your Elohim, I also will forget your sons. (Hos 4:6)
Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? (2Co 6:14)
Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith Yehovah, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, and will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith Yehovah Almighty. (2Co 6:17-18)
So, is there a minimum amount of people required before one can become “the Church”? Think about it for a moment, the true church, Israel, is world-wide; currently we are scattered among the nations. When even one man comes out, he becomes one of Yehovah’s people.
So with all this in mind, I ordered my life up to live as one of Yehovah’s called-out and set apart people, His church, by using this mandatory exception and some other wonderful Washington state statutes that acknowledged Yehovah’s people as living under a separate jurisdictional authority. The best part is that since it works in Washington state, it is also recognized and works in every other state as well.
I closed my state business, a weekly magazine which had been run as a state sole proprietorship (it was coming to the end of its life anyway) and started selling Kettle Corn as a way to meet people, share the good news of the kingdom and provide for my family. I worked with a business license and a health permit that was issued by the Church instead of the state. If the state health department came around I always let them know that if they saw any problems with my set-up that I would do anything they recommended immediately, but I never had a problem with them.
I did have a police officer once stop by and ask about a vending permit. I gave him my business information and he had it checked out with the city attorney; 45 minutes later he brought back my information and said I was “good to go.”
But there was a day that changed my life forever. It was a Saturday afternoon and I was selling outside of a Fred Meyers in Federal Way, Washington (Ha – I was so new to the Yehovah’s ways that I had not even learned about the Sabbath yet). A police officer with an attitude came up and began asking questions. He asked about my business license and I gave him all that he asked for but he would not check out my status with the city attorney. As I said in my last blog, my state driver’s license was signed “Under Duress” and no longer a valid document; so when he asked for my ID I gave him my Church driver’s license instead.
That was the last straw for him and he arrested me and charged me with giving false information to a police officer (a misdemeanor) and vending without a license (an infraction) and then took me to jail. On the way, I tried to reason with the officer but all he said was that I would never see my “home-made” IDs again; I assured him that I would.
Well, needless to say, I was horrified – I had never had any problem with the law before, and now I was sitting in jail for both Saturday and Sunday nights. Monday morning I was released on my own recognizance.
On the day the case was to be heard the court decided to wait until everyone had left the room to discuss my situation. To my surprise, and relief, they asked us to accept a dismissal of the case “with prejudice”; this meant that I could never be arrested again for the same thing.
Also, as a condition for our acceptance of the dismissal we asked for and got a meeting with the city Police Chief, a woman at that time. When we entered her conference room which was fitted with an 8 foot diameter table we found a copy of my “Under Duress” driver’s license, blown up to 8 1/2 x 11 inches, right in the middle of the table. We asked her if she had seen how it was signed she said, “Oh yes Mr. Didier, we saw it.” She also let us know that the officer who had arrested me was being suspended without pay for two weeks and that he would sign the paperwork to release my IDs immediately.
Before this episode in my life was over I was given a “temporary vendor’s permit” that I did not ask for, never received and which was kept by the city. Few understand however that “temporary” is good forever. The only thing the city requested from me was, “would I please let them know where I was selling in the future” so as not to create any further problems. I complied with their request.
Amazing! I was released and the charges dropped because I was working under another jurisdictional authority that the city, nor the state, was allowed to interfere with.
This experience changed my life forever! My Father’s kingdom was real and I would never go back to the self-imposed bondage that I had been in during the first 45 years of my life. As they say, “in for a penny, in for a pound!” I was put in jail for selling Kettle Corn and then released, now I would give Yehovah my all!
The personal ministry that I had created in 2000 has allowed me to live in the world without being part of the world. My ministry can contract with anyone for my services, even government agencies. Now, that same ministry is reaching tens of thousands of people each month. Without a doubt, living as the Church is the most exciting and rewarding way for Yehovah’s people to live.
Here is an article that discusses IRS 508 (c)(1)(A) vs 501 (c)(3) which may be of interest to you called “Body of Yehovah’s people vs the Body of the State”
Now that we have a better understanding of what it means to come out of Babylon/our Egypt; we are now ready to learn how a Gentile man joins himself to Israel.
The Gentile Becomes A Ger
Dear brother,
Greetings to you in the name of Christ;
I am praising God for the ministry you are doing and for the articles you are writing and sharing with the believers of Living Father and Savior. Shalom.
Dr. Satyanandam, India.
This is all very interesting and we are praying about going this route. One question: How do you respond to people when they bring up Paul being a Roman citizen and using that for his protection? Thanks!
Hi Cindy,
We, those who have been raised with so many “christian” doctrines and traditions, so often treat Paul as if he could do no wrong. You will not find anything about appealing to a foreign government in Torah. I believe that what Paul had done in appealing to Rome came strictly from his flesh. Here is a verse from acts that few people want to even acknowledge. Our hearts are so prone to harlotry.
We must never forget that we can not build a doctrine based on NT ideas that do not agree with Moses and the Prophets.
Wow! Praise Yah! Thank you Mr. Didier. I pray that YHWH will help me to live in the world but not be part of it. YOU ARE A BLESSING!
Shalom
Yahweh blessed and keep you and your family michael.
i’m more and more coming to this conclusion.
Living only for YHVH is such a wonderful way to live!
Your experiences are absolutely fascinating! Thank you for providing so many helpful links. I believe a person could just sit in front of your blog and read forever, if time permitted. 🙂
Ha – for what it is worth – you have my permission Susan. 😉
Please explain about signing your license under duress. Does that means you sign it as under duress then your signature? Is it valid to board airplanes I don’t understand. I also own a passport not that is necessary but useful when boarding a plane mostly I travel to Puerto Rico. I need more detail information. Thanks.
Hi Enid!
As I said at the beginning of this article,
“This is my tenth, and last, blog in a series of articles on Coming out of Babylon. This is not a stand alone piece; for coming out of Babylon is a good and righteous thing to do, but understanding why we should come out of Babylon is far more important. The man who desires to serve only Yehovah will find a way to live exclusively under His Jurisdictional Authority.”
The second link above has the answer to your question, with examples. But please read the whole series.
Shalom Michael. Thank you! Finding your website was like the man who found treasure in a field and went and sold all that he had to buy the field. Matt 13:44. It’s no co-incidence that I found your site, as I have also recently prayed to our father Yehovah to help me to come out of Babylon completely. I know He answers prayer according to His will, and so I have found this site. I can’t remember quite how I found it, but, I think I was rabbit-trailing through sites while researching the cestui que vie trusts and unam sanctam. Like I said no co-incidence, no accident, simply a prayer answered. I am looking forward to perusing some of your other articles and information. Shalom u’vrachot! Ray.
Wonderful Ray! Coming out of the kingdom of our birth is the first step to becoming part of Yehovah’s set-apart men. Please read “The ger and the ezrach” and be sure to follow all the links. http://weareisrael.org/2013/12/30/the-ger-and-the-ezrach/
You are beginning an exciting journey and may even be ready by the coming Passover to become as one born in the land. Lots to learn, but what a joy it is.
Please, feel free to give me a call. I love talking to people, especially men, who want to follow Yehovah wholly.

So when you do make a contract with someone who is still a part of corporate United States do you have to tell the IRS how much you paid them?
As a manager of the ecclesiastical entity that I operate through, I would have no obligation to report anything to the IRS. They are not part of my kingdom and I have no contract with them.
Thank you for helping me understand and doing it in a timely manner!!!
Michael, have you investigated PMAs?
Yes, Yes, Yes! Private Membership Organizations are not a part of the systems of the earth.
