Moses’ Gates And The 144,000

moses' gatesWe saw last time that Abram (at 52) came out of Ur of the Chaldeans, Babylon, with 300 servants (men who wanted to know Yehovah and learn His ways). They came with Abram to Haran with their families. And at the end of 20 years Abram finally came out of Haran for good with an additional 72 men. These men and their families are the people who lived “within thy gates,” Abram’s gates. Many sons were born to Abram’s servants before Abram (at 100) had Isaac. I speculate that the number of men (not counting women) within his gates, must have been close to a 1000. In the missive we will see that Moses’ gates were in excess of 600,000 Ezrach men

[Note: This 3 part “Within Thy Gates” series begins here.]

Moses’ Gates In Cush

When Moses left Egypt he was only 18 years old; he went to Kikianus, the king of Cush and served him for 9 years. After the king died the men of Cush made Moses their new king and he ruled Cush for 40 years. The people of the city of Cush that Moses reigned in were his gates at that time and the place were he received training to lead Israel in the future.

Yasher 73:2 Moses was twenty-seven years old when he began to reign over Cush, and forty years did he reign.

Yasher 74:1 And Moses the son of Amram was still king in the land of Cush in those days, and he prospered in his kingdom, and he conducted the government of Cush’s seed in justice, in righteousness, and integrity.

Moses’ Gates In The Wilderness

Yehovah (using Moses) brought Israel’s seed (the new Ezrach with their families) and the mixed multitude (the Gerim who went with them) out of Egypt. The entire Israelite camp is now Moses’ gates, and these men now call Moses “adoni – my master.” Even Aaron calls Moses his master, not Yehovah.

So Aaron said to Moses, “Oh, my master [אדני]! Please do not lay this sin on us, in which we have done foolishly and in which we have sinned. (Num 12:11)

Moses is the only man in the camp who called Yehovah, his master.

And Moses said to Yehovah, “my master [אדני], I am not eloquent, neither before nor since Thou have spoken to Thy servant; but I am slow of speech and slow of tongue.” (Exo 4:10)

Then he said, “If now I have found grace in Thy sight my master [אדני], let my master [אדני], I pray, go among us, even though we are a stiff-necked people; and pardon our iniquity and our sin, and take us as Thy inheritance.” (Exo 34:9)

The Ger, the male and female servants, the children and the women in the camp serve their Ezrach men, the Ezrach men serve Moses and Moses is Yehovah’s servant. But Moses is more than just a servant to Yehovah; he is a His friend and His sent one who speaks His words to the Ezrach men who dwell within thy gates, the camp of Israel which Moses leads.

This experience for the Ezrach men with Moses’ gates in the wilderness is training for them to lead their own gates once they arrive in Canaan. These Ezrach men have very large gates, multi-generational families and will take over whole cities for their seed (and their families) and their future seed.

In the same way that a man or women with leprosy, or an unclean discharge, or someone who is defiled by a corpse must reside outside the camp, Moses’ gates; so these same people will have to move outside the gates of the Ezrach men once they are in their land.

And Yehovah spoke to Moses, saying: “Command Israel’s seed that they put out of the camp every leper, everyone who has a discharge, and whoever becomes defiled by a corpse. You shall put out both male and female; you shall put them outside the camp, that they may not defile their camps in the midst of which I dwell.” (Num 5:1-3)

In Canaan these same unclean people will not be able to dwell Israels’ gates, and will be ordered outside of them until such time that they become acceptable before Yehovah.

As the judges and officers were set in places within Moses’ gates to aid him, …

Choose wise, understanding, and knowledgeable men [plural of eesh] from among your tribes, and I will make them heads over you.’ And you answered me and said, ‘The thing which you have told us to do is good.’ So I took the heads of your tribes, wise and knowledgeable men, and made them heads over you, leaders of thousands, leaders of hundreds, leaders of fifties, leaders of tens, and officers for your tribes. “Then I commanded your judges at that time, saying, ‘Hear the cases between your brethren, and judge righteously between a man and his brother or the stranger [ger] who is with him. (Deu 1:13-16)

… each Ezrach man, once he has taken his land, is to do the same thing “within each of their gates.”

“Thou shall appoint judges and officers within thy gates, which Yehovah, thy Elohim gives thee, according to thy tribes, and they shall judge the people with just judgment. (Deu 16:18)

The Gates Of The 144,000ish Servants Of Yehovah

Well, all this is just a shadow picture of the “main event” in the coming last days. Right now Yehovah is raising up 144,000 Moses type men who will leave the kingdoms of their birth and make themselves wholly Yehovah’s servants. These are the men whom Yehovah will select as His sent ones, those whom He will empower to speak for Him and then place a pillar of fire and smoke over each man. These pillars are the banners that will draw men (with their families, at least those who will go with them) who desire to be Yehovah’s people to their gates.

Then you shall know that I am in the midst of Israel: I am Yehovah your Elohim and there is no other. My people shall never be put to shame. “And it shall come to pass afterward That I will pour out My spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions. And also on your menservants and on your maidservants I will pour out My spirit in those days. “And I will show wonders in the heavens and on the earth: blood and fire and pillars of smoke. (Joe 2:27-30)

These Moses type men are His Ezrach, His spiritual seed, His son and heir. They will provide protection, provision and instruction in righteousness to all the men (their servants) who desire to know Yehovah and His eternal and unchanging ways.

Each of these 144,000 Ezrach men and their servants will do exactly what we did when we entered Canaan and took that land for ourselves; only this time it’s going to be a worldwide cleansing. And once they are within their gates, they will be fruitful and re-populate the earth for a thousand years.

Yeshua said You must be born a 2nd time; and he was right, only the Ezrach will inherit the earth. But few, very few, men understand the second birth; how a Gentile becomes a Ger and how a Ger, at Passover, becomes an Ezrach. Now is the time to learn how to make yourself Yehovah’s heir, His spiritual seed, and become one of the great ones in Yehovah’s kingdom. Any man can learn to do this.

Only the Ezrach men and those who dwell “within their gates” will see Yehovah’s strong-arm working on their behalf in the last days.

“Therefore behold, the days are coming,” says Yehovah, “that it shall no more be said, ‘Yehovah lives who brought up Israel’s seed from the land of Egypt,’ but, ‘Yehovah lives who brought up Israel’s seed from the land of the north and from all the lands where He had driven them.’ For I will bring them back into their land which I gave to their fathers. (Jer 16:14-15)
