Be Fruitful And Multiply

fruitful and multiply“Be Fruitful and Multiply!” Many people will be destroyed before the end because they have failed to understand these elementary instructions given by the Creator of all things. Is it possible that most people have never learned to separate the two components of these simple marching orders, and have unwittingly understood “be fruitful and multiply” as “multiply and multiply?” This confusion, which affects all mankind, is due to a lack of knowledge and understanding that man was created with two distinct natures.

“So Elohim [God] created man in His own image, in the image of Elohim created He him; male and female created He them.” (Genesis 1:27)

The higher nature is the one that he has in common with his Creator and Elohim, Yehovah. In this nature man is to manifest the presence of Yehovah in the earth by exercising dominion over the animal realm, including his own animal nature by acting in accordance with only Yehovah’s instructions; nothing more and nothing less.

But because of Adam’s fall, all men since that time have been born in the image of Adam, as was his son Seth.

“And Adam lived one hundred and thirty years, and begot a son in his own likeness, after his image, and named him Seth.” (Gen 5:3)

This lower nature is the nature in which man was created; it is driven by its senses and appetites. This nature needs food, shelter, and rest to keep the flesh alive. This is the nature that the majority of the world lives in.

In order to “be fruitful and multiply” the spiritual nature (that which man has in common with Elohim) must have control over the animal or fleshly nature.

“Be Fruitful and Multiply” Should Be Understood As “Be fruitful then multiply!”

The Antediluvian (pre-flood) world in which Noah lived, was destroyed because they multiplied only the lower nature of men who only lived in accordance with their sense and appetites; just like animals.

“Then Yehovah saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And Yehovah was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart.” (Gen 6:5-6)

So Yehovah destroyed all the men, and their families, from the earth; but He preserved one eesh (man) named Noah, along with his family. Noah was saved because he alone “walked with Elohim.” He learned how to be “fruitful and multiply!”

“But Noah found grace in the eyes of Yehovah. This is the genealogy of Noah. Noah was a just man, perfect in his generations. Noah walked with Elohim.” (Gen 6:8-9)

The first time Yehovah told man to “be fruitful and multiply” was immediately after the man was created; and the very next time Elohim gave men these same instructions, was right after the flood!

“Go out of the ark; thou [Noah] and thy woman, and thy sons and thy sons’ women with thee. Bring out with thee every living thing of all flesh that is with thee. The birds and cattle and every creeping thing that creeps on the earth, so that they may abound on the earth. And be fruitful and multiply on the earth.” (Gen_8:16-17)

“So Elohim blessed Noah and his sons, and said to them: ‘Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth’. “ (Gen 9:1)

Has Yehovah changed? Does His word endure forever? The only two times Yehovah told man to “be fruitful and multiply” was when they were still living in His image! Coincidence? I think not!

Yehovah does not want more flesh on the earth; He wants more spiritual men (with their families) on the earth. And it will be these spiritual men (just like Noah) who will be allowed to remain on the earth this next time around also.

“The righteous will never be removed, but the wicked will not inhabit the earth.” (Pro 10:30)

“For evildoers shall be cut off; but those who wait on Yehovah shall inherit the earth.” (Psa 37:9)

“So you may walk in the way of goodness, and keep to the paths of righteousness. For the upright will dwell in the land, and the blameless will remain in it; but the wicked will be cut off from the earth, and the unfaithful will be uprooted from it.” (Pro 2:20-22)

I believe this is exactly why Yeshua (Jesus) said “You must be born again!” Even now Yehovah is looking for spiritual sons (Israel benai), with their wives and family, whom He can use to repopulate the next phase of His eternal plan, the millennial kingdom. And it will only be those who “walk with Elohim” who will survive this second time around also.

“But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the son of man be. For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the son of man be.” (Mat 24:37-39)

Here is a thought:

Does a man have to have a wife / woman to “be fruitful and multiply?”

I found two scriptures talking about the “desolate” or unmarried man, who has been rejected by the world, having more sons than the married woman:

“The sons [spiritual sons] you will have, after you have lost the others, will say again in your ears, ‘The place is too small for me; give me a place where I may dwell.’ Then you will say in your heart, ‘Who has begotten these for me, since I am bereaved and desolate, a captive, and wandering to and fro? And who has brought these up? There I was, left alone; but these, where were they?‘  Thus says the Lord Yehovah: ‘Behold, I will lift My hand in an oath to the nations, and set up My standard for the peoples; they shall bring your sons [spiritual sons] in their arms, and your daughters shall be carried on their shoulders’.” (Isa 49:20-22)

[Note: The spiritual sons come with all the women whom they are covering, Yehovah’s spiritual daughters. Women, wives and daughters, attain their status from their man.]

“Sing, O barren, you who have not borne! Break forth into singing, and cry aloud, you who have not labored with child! For more are the desolate’s seed than the mastered woman’s [the ba’al(ed) woman’s] seed, says Yehovah.” (Isa 54:1)

The reason a desolate man can be fruitful and multiply more seed (beni) than a married woman is because the spiritual seed does not need a woman to birth more spiritual seed. Spiritual seed, like all seeds, produces after their own kind. It is all in the Passover which I have been keeping and teaching about for almost 10 years. In that time I (without a woman in my life) have been responsible for the birth of dozens perhaps hundreds of spiritual seed / sons throughout the earth.

“And when a stranger [Ger] dwells with you [the Ezrach, the spiritually born seed] and wants to keep the Passover to Yehovah, let all his males be circumcised, and then let him come near and keep it; AND HE SHALL BE [come] AS A NATIVE OF THE LAND [the Ezrach, the spiritual born man] For no uncircumcised person shall eat it. One law shall be for the native-born [the Ezrach] and for the stranger [the Ger] who dwells among you.” (Exo 12:48-49)

So the fruit which we spiritual men are to bear is righteousness, and that which we are to multiply are those who do the same. Or, put another way, to be fruitful and multiply a man must do what he was created to do and make more of the same.

Let’s all today begin to be “fruitful,” and then “multiply” that same spiritual fruit on the earth!
