This site came up when I downloaded d a web search with the words : “Tubal , Tuscanah, Rome, Chittim”. I had a hunch that the passages in the tenth and seventeenth chapters of Sepher Ha’ Yasher referred to Etruria and Rome. And Lo & Behold, I am not the only one to whom this Idea has ever occurred.
