Shem, Noah And Abraham All Lived Together For 39 Years

noah and abraham, ancient fathers, Noah, Shem, Abram, Nimrod, abrahan, enoch, MethuselahFew people have ever stopped to consider that Noah and Abraham (and even Shem and Nimrod) were contemporaries. I certainly hadn’t! But as I have taken the time to dig deeper into the scriptures many things are beginning to come to light. The book of Jasher has forced me to explore some very interesting trails and answered many of my questions.

Too often, because of my laziness, I have skipped “the begets”; and because of that I have stayed trapped in my ignorance. I say trapped because those that do not know history are doomed to repeat it and learning about the confrontations between Abram and Nimrod can help to preserve our lives in the future, both near and eternal.

That which has been is what will be, that which is done is what will be done, and there is nothing new under the sun. (Ecc 1:9)

40 Days of Repentance?

40 daysToday (August 24th, 2017)  is the 1st day of the 6th month according to Yehovah’s calendar. Judaism has this day as the beginning of a 40 day period of repentance leading up to the 10th day of the 7th month (expected to be Sunday, October. 1st) which is Yom Kippurim, the day of coverings (aka Day of Atonement). But where is this 40 days of repentance in the Torah? Doesn’t that bother anyone? Is this man-made period just another buffer set up in Judaism to protect the Torah by adding days? Is that allowed?

40 days of repentanceYou shall not add to the word which I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of Yehovah your Elohim which I command you. (Deu 4:2)

Yom Kippurim is for a covering of all Israel. To me, it seems as though the 1st day of the 6th month is a replacement by Judaism for what is supposed to be happening on the 1st day of 7th month according to Torah. That day, is Continue reading 40 Days of Repentance?

A Broken Spirit and a Contrite Heart

The Creator of the universe says that even our prayers are an abomination if we do not love His Law (His instructions on how all men are to live).

One who turns away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer is an abomination. (Pro 28:9)

Then they will cry to Yehovah, but He will not hear them; He will even hide His face from them at that time, because they have been evil in their deeds. (Mic 3:4)

The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to Yehovah, but the prayer of the upright is His delight. The way of the wicked is an abomination to Yehovah, but He loves him who follows righteousness. (Pro 15:8-9)

But there is one prayer that Yehovah will always hear; the prayer of a broken spirit and a contrite heart.

The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, a broken and a contrite heart— These, O God, You will not despise. (Psa 51:17)

Here is a great video on the prayer that Yehovah will always hear.

(6) The Desolation / Tribulation Begins

Desolation comes!

Because of the taking away of the everlasting and the setting up of the abomination, the earth will be made into a desolation and a wilderness as a result of the first great shaking. This first great shaking is one of two great earthquakes in the last days that will be monumental in scale, and the likes of which no one has ever experienced. As I have said in the past, Yehovah’s people are not going into the wilderness this time around; instead the wilderness is coming to us and few will be prepared for it.

I say “few will be prepared for it” because nothing that we do, in the flesh to prepare for this time of labor or trouble (1260 days, 42 months or 3 1/2 years) will not have any significant effect on our circumstances. In fact – the provisions for the flesh, which we have “set aside” for such a time as this, may cloud our judgment to the point that we will miss the opportunity to get to the Banners (the 144,000, the Elijah Prophet) that will be set apart by Yehovah, just prior to this first great shaking, to lead His people through this time of trouble.

Many have read, and know that just prior to the return of Yehovah’s Christ (Messiah Yeshua), there will be a great earthquake in which the sun will become dark, the moon will be turned red, every mountain and islands will be moves out of its place and even the stars will fall from their places in the heavens. Meet Easter!

Easter Is Coming, So Meet Easter.

Easter Eggs, easter origins, meet easter, queen of heaven, easter, when is easter, Aphrodite, Venus, Semiramis, Astarte, AshtorethYes, meet Easter! This is Ishtar (pronounced similarly). In Assyria she was worshiped as the goddess of erotic love, new life, Spring, fertility and more. She is also known by other names, such as Aphrodite, Venus, Semiramis, Astarte and Ashtoreth. She is the queen of heaven who is spoken of in the scriptures, the wife of Nimrod / Ba’al, and the mother of Tammuz.

The children gather wood, the fathers kindle the fire, and the women knead dough, to make cakes for the queen of heaven [hot cross buns]; and they pour out drink offerings to other elohim, that they may provoke Me to anger. (Jer 7:18)

But we will certainly do whatever has gone out of our own mouth, to burn incense to the queen of heaven and pour out drink offerings to her, as we have done, we and our fathers, our kings and our princes, in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem. For then we had plenty of food, were well-off, and saw no trouble. But since we stopped burning incense to the queen of heaven and pouring out drink offerings to her, we have lacked everything and have been consumed by the sword and by famine.” The women also said, “And when we burned incense to the queen of heaven and poured out drink offerings to her, did we make cakes for her, to worship her, and pour out drink offerings to her without our husbands’ permission?” (Jer 44:17-19)

Worshiping this goddess is part of the reason Yehovah (the LORD) kicked us (Israel) out of His land and dispersed us among the nations. Will we ever learn not to be involved in this kind of wickedness?

And He said to me, “Turn again, and you will see greater abominations that they are doing.” So He brought me to the door of the north gate of Yehovah’s house; and to my dismay, women were sitting there weeping for Tammuz. [Tammuz died at 40 years old and this is where Lent comes from.] Then He said to me, “Have you seen this, O son of man? Turn again, you will see greater abominations than these.” So He brought me into the inner court of Yehovah’s house; and there, at the door of the temple of Yehovah, between the porch and the altar, were about twenty-five men with their backs toward the temple of Yehovah and their faces toward the east, and they were worshiping the sun toward the east [This is the sunrise service]. And He said to me, “Have you seen this, O son of man? Is it a trivial thing to the house of Judah to commit the abominations which they commit here? For they have filled the land with violence; then they have returned to provoke Me to anger. Indeed they put the branch to their nose. Therefore I also will act in fury. My eye will not spare nor will I have pity; and though they cry in My ears with a loud voice, I will not hear them.” (Eze 8:13-18)

Easter Eggs, easter origins, meet easter, queen of heaven, easter, when is easter, Aphrodite, Venus, Semiramis, Astarte, AshtorethEvery year, on the first Sunday after the first full moon after the spring equinox, a celebration was made. It was Ishtar’s Sunday and was celebrated with rabbits and eggs. The “Ishtar Eggs” were died in the blood of babies sacrificed to Tammuz with the “cross of Tammuz” emblazoned on them as the children would “hunt” the eggs in the likeness of Tammuz and Nimrod the mighty hunters. Ishtar also proclaimed that because Tammuz was killed by a pig, that a pig must be eaten on that Isthar’s Sunday. At this point we begin to see what replaced the slaughter of our Passover lambs.

Sodom and Gomorrah were involved with this spring equinox worship as well. And we all know how “things” came down as a result of that wickedness.

Here is a portion about the Easter worship in Yasher which you might find interesting.

Yasher 18:9-15
9 And when they had done eating one of them said to him, I will return to thee according to the Time of Life [this is what Passover was called before it Exodus 12], and Sarah thy woman shall have a son.
10 And the men [these are the messengers who to Abraham] afterward departed and went their ways, to the places to which they were sent.
The goddess Easter, Easter Eggs, easter origins, meet easter, queen of heaven, easter, when is easter, Aphrodite, Venus, Semiramis, Astarte, Ashtoreth11 In those days all the people of Sodom and Gomorrah, and of the whole five cities, were exceedingly wicked and sinful against Yehovah and they provoked Yehovah with their abominations, and they strengthened in aging abominably and scornfully before Yehovah, and their wickedness and crimes were in those days great before Yehovah.
12 And they had in their land a very extensive valley, about half a day’s walk, and in it there were fountains of water and a great deal of herbage surrounding the water.
13 And all the people of Sodom and Gomorrah went there four times in the year [Sun worship – summer & winter solstice, and the spring and autumn equinox], with their women and children and all belonging to them, and they rejoiced there with timbrels and dances.
14 And in the time of rejoicing they would all rise and lay hold of their neighbor’s women, and some, the virgin daughters of their neighbors, and they enjoyed them, and each man saw his women and daughter in the hands of his neighbor and did not say a word.
15 And they did so from morning till night, and they afterward returned home each man to his house and each woman to her tent; so they always did four times in the year.

Do you think it is by accident or coincidence that this “Ishtar” celebration and the “Time of life” are spoken of together? Yehovah is even now getting ready to do to the whole world what He did to Sodom and Gomorrah.

Now read the “Time of life.

Here is an illuminating video I have found on this subject. Good videos are hard to find. Continue reading Meet Easter!

Did Yeshua Make The Word Flesh?

word made flesh, John 1 14, who is Jesus, who is Yeshua, word fleshIf Yeshua made the word flesh, then what word did he embody? Certainly not the commentaries of Paul, Peter, James, John or Jude; they had not written a thing before Yeshua was born!

No, the words which Yeshua made flesh, the words he taught and lived were the Law (the Torah (Yehovah’s instruction on how all men are to live) and the Prophets; they are the words that we are not to add to or subtract from. The very word that Yeshua said that He did not come to change; not even one jot or one tittle!

Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away [we are still here], one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled. Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.” (Mat 5:17-19)

“Now, O Israel, listen to the statutes and the judgments which I teach you to observe, that you may live, and go in and possess the land which Yehovah (the LORD) Elohim (God) of your fathers is giving you. You shall not add to the word which I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of Yehovah your Elohim which I command you.” (Deu 4:1-2)

Yet many of us, myself included until I was 45 years old, have not even read — much more know — much more understand — anything about the words which are to be made flesh. This is a travesty! Isn’t this neglect of the Creator’s word, hypocrisy or perhaps even taking His name in vain if we “say” we know Yehovah but do not know His word?  Yehovah’s word, for a man, is life.

For the commandments are a lamp, and the Torah a light; reproofs of instruction are the way of life. (Pro 6:23)

“The man” was created to be the image of Yehovah; but “the man” went his own way and perverted Yehovah’s image and His kingdom through disobedience and since that time man has been created in the image of fallen man. Being born in the image of this fallen man is every man’s first birth, a birth of water through our mother’s womb.

“So Yehovah created “the man”in His own image; in the image of Yehovah He created him; male and female He created them.” (Gen 1:27)

“And Adam lived one hundred and thirty years, and begot a son in his own likeness, after his image, and named him Seth.” (Gen 5:3)

Yeshua’s message from the start was “Repent, for the Kingdom of heaven is at hand.”

“Now after John was put in prison, Yeshua came to Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of Elohim, and saying, ‘The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of Elohim is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel.’ ” (Mar 1:14-15)

If we say that we know Yehovah and we subtract from or add to any of His word, then we have created a false image in our minds of who Yehovah really is. By taking away the Sabbath (or anything else in Moses and the Prophets) or by changing it in any way we distort the image of Yehovah, the Elohim of the earth.

But, if we exalt only the Yehovah’s word above all else, we, like Yeshua, exalt Yehovah and His eternal and unchanging word given through Moses and His other Prophets. There are many who “say” that they know Yehovah.

“Yeshua answered and said to them, ‘Well did Isaiah prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written: ”This people honors Me [Yehovah, the Creator] with their lips, but their heart is far from Me. In vain do they worship Me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.’ [Yeshua continues in his own words] For laying aside the commandment of Elohim, you hold the tradition of men— the washing of pitchers and cups, [the changing or ignoring of the Sabbath], and many other such things you do.’ He said to them, ‘All too well you reject the commandment of Elohim, that you may keep your tradition’. ” (Mar 7:6-9)

Every Man Was Created To Make Yehovah’s Word Flesh In Their Life

Men, do you want to know the Creator? Then learn to make His word flesh in your life.

Through repentance we begin to learn and do the Creator’s ways which were delivered to us through Moses and His other Prophets; only then can we come to know Yehovah and truly begin to make His word flesh for all to see.
